Technical Programmer – Focus Digital

Role Summary
The applicant will support the acceleration to market and/or internal implementation of new products, services and process within the digital media/ICT domain for clients and deliver specialist client consultancy and technical support to assist clients to achieve their growth objectives through workshops and one to one support. We require an individual with specialist knowledge of delivering support to business
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate in their application the ability to:
 identify suitable clients and to support them through activities
 deliver a strategic analysis of the businesses experience, capability and potential, determine key issues and deliver bespoke packages of support
 facilitate and deliver technical workshops to small groups of business
 deliver 1-2-1 technical support on relevant topics
 maintain a relationship with the clients in order to monitor results and impact; and to explore further opportunities for interventions

Role Summary

Project Support Officer – Focus Digital

Role Summary
The applicant will support the acceleration to market and/or internal implementation of new products, services and process within the digital media/ICT domain for clients through a series of workshops. We require an individual who can demonstrate a track record of experience in a marketing and event management or similar role requiring minimum supervision, alongside generic project delivery abilities. The project is delivered across 4 LEP areas.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate in their application the ability to:
 build relationships and to network with relevant regional stakeholders in order to promote the offer and deliver an effective service
 support organisation, recruitment, and delivery of programmes of workshops and project activities, including some non-specialist facilitation as required
 provide marketing support for the project working to a plan to include PR, communications, website, social media, promotion at external events and database management, advertising and digital marketing
 raise awareness of the project and identify new clients
 undertake procurement and meet with sub- contractors and monitor and report delivery against financial expenditure budget spreadsheets and activity milestones
